I don't know about where you are, but where I am, the weather outside could be the poster picture for sleepy weather. It's cloudy, windy, and cool. No rain yet, but we're supposed to get rain tonight. Instead of caving to the dreary pull of the weather to be unproductive today, I have been researching foods that provide energy in a safe, healthy manner. Some of the foods listed are obvious, but it's always nice to be reminded of healthy foods we should be intaking!
